Stickers are straightforward to apply; follow these 4 steps to get great results:
- Clean the area you’re going to apply your sticker to (this is the most important part). Get it super clean by using an alcoholic cleaner or glasses wipe.
- Remove your sticker from its backing paper and place it lightly onto the area you want to apply. If it’s not exactly where you want it, peel away and start again.
- Working from the center of the sticker, apply pressure to the sticker working outwards to ensure you remove all the air and it sticks securely. You can use your thumb or a squeegee (to be like the pros).
- If you get any small bubbles, lift the sticker to release the bubble and re-apply the pressure from your thumb.
TIP#1: be patient, and you’ll get great results.
TIP#2: use heat from a hairdryer or heat gun if you’re applying your sticker to a curved surface, such as a car wing mirror.
