Because most of our orders are for custom products, we can only accept returns due to a quality fault. We cannot accept returns because you have decided you don't want them.

Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
- Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can quickly identify you and your order.
- Please send us a photo of the problem to help us quickly understand what has gone wrong to solve problems as soon as possible.
- We will process this as quickly as possible for orders that need a replacement sent, usually within five days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
